Damaged or defective items

Please report any damage or manufacturing defect within 48-72 hours of delivery, we may not be able to assist with requests raised after this window.

Refunds

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
