We do not accept cancellations or returns once an order is placed, as every piece is individually crafted against your order. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.


2. Quality Concerns
If you notice any issue with the products quality, email us at info@shopreevee.in within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review and assist you swiftly.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


4. Manufacturing Defects
Must be brought to our notice within 2 days of delivery for review and appropriate action.


5. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
