Return & Exchange

At Reevee, every garment is individually handcrafted to order with care and
attention. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions
outlined below:


- We do not accept cancellations or returns once an order is placed, as every
piece is individually crafted against your order. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.


- However, in case of a sizing issue, we’re happy to assist with alterations. For garments requiring alterations, kindly reach out to our team at info@shopreevee.in within 48-72 hours of receiving your order to request assistance.



International Orders:
Alteration requests for international shipments are welcome, but return shipping and associated duties, taxes, and customs charges will need to be borne by the customer.


Returns
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you. Our products can be exchanged within 15 days for another size or product of the same or higher value.

For an exchange, Reevee products must be returned in good condition, with the
labels intact. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to us, and we suggest using a trusted courier service with tracking. Products once exchanged will no longer be returnable.
