At Reevee, every piece is handcrafted individually against your order, which means we begin making it the moment you place it. Because of this, we're unable to accept cancellations or returns once an order is confirmed. We trust that by placing your order, you've had a chance to read through these terms.

Sizing concerns? We'll sort it.

If something doesn't fit quite right, we're here to help. Just reach out to us at info@shopreevee.in within 48–72 hours of receiving your order and we'll figure out the best way forward together.

For international orders: We're happy to assist with alterations — return shipping and any associated duties or customs charges would need to be covered by you.

Exchanges

If you'd like to swap for a different size or style, we offer exchanges within 48–72 hours of receiving your order for any product of equal or higher value. We just ask that the piece comes back to us with its tags intact and in the same condition it was sent. We'd recommend using a tracked courier so it reaches us safely — return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Please note that exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.
