For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Reevee, a unit of VRN Collections LLP, with its registered and operational office at
Plot No. 58, Sector 6, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122050, India. The terms "you", "your", "user", and "visitor" refer to any individual or legal entity visiting our website and/or purchasing from us.
About our craft
At Reevee, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order at our workshop. Each piece is created with care and intention — designed to be yours from the very first stitch.
Shipping & Delivery — India
- Please allow 2–3 business days for us to carefully craft your garment, followed by 5–7 business days for delivery. The standard timeline within India is 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- For orders requiring customisation or alterations, we request an additional 2–3 business days to tailor your piece to your exact specifications.
- If you have a specific delivery date in mind or would like to confirm availability before placing your order, please reach out to us at info@shopreevee.in — we're happy to help.
- All prices for Indian deliveries include applicable taxes and duties. There are no additional charges at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery — International
We're delighted to ship our made-to-order pieces worldwide.
- Please allow 3–4 business days for production before your order is dispatched from our Delhi workshop.
- Standard international delivery timelines are 15–20 business days from the date of dispatch.
- International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Prices on our website exclude import duties, customs charges, and local taxes applicable in your country. These vary by destination and are payable by the recipient at the time of delivery.
